Child Care Management Services

Tarrant County Child Care Management Services (CCMS) is a program managed by Child Care Associates through the Texas Workforce Commission in Tarrant County, who provides financial assistance to help families obtain quality child care for children birth to age 12.

Parents who are striving to become self-sufficient often need assistance so their children can receive quality child care while they are working or attending school. Most parents who receive CCMS assistance are required to contribute a portion of the child care fees based on a percentage of income.

Who’s Eligible For CCMS?

If you work, attend school or a training program at least 25 hours per week and are income eligible; Teen parents from income eligible families who need to complete school; Income eligible parents who have children with disabilities.

Child Care Services (CCS) is a supportive program of Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas.  In order to receive assistance families must meet federal, state and local guidelines.  Please review the information below to see if you may be eligible to be placed on our wait list to receive child care assistance.

Work/Training Guidelines

Families may be eligible for assistance with child care expenses if you work, go to school or are enrolled in a vocational program for a minimum of 25 hours per week for a single-parent home and 50 hours per week for a two-parent home.
